As the dust, lint or fly run up against a filter screen, the pores gradually get clogged up. This raises the resistance to the flow of filter, which depends on the incidence velocity, filter load, and filter medium. To achieve uniform extraction of dust, the filter must experience a constant pressure. This requirement can be met only if the filter surface is cleaned on time.
The cost of raw material has continuously risen. The fibre waste has to be collected, treated and recycled. The compact waste takes less space, increases worker efficiency due to less work load and makes recycling much easier.
